This rare “Apollo XI” version, much less common than the standard “Straight Writing” models, was produced exclusively in 1971 for the Japanese market. It is estimated that only 300 examples were produced.

The watch is in very nice condition.
The case has never been polished, the lugs are still thick and sharp.
Original “step” dial. The tritium indexes and hands have developed a beautiful patina.
Original “dot next to 90” bezel with a superb gray patina.
Plexiglass with the Omega logo in the center.
Original steel bracelet ref. 1116 with 575 endlinks.
The movement has been checked and tested.
