Nice Omega Speedmaster 145022-69. This reference is interesting in the Speedmaster history because it’s the last “pre-moon”.
“B2” type bezel with a nice dark grey patina. Original “step” dial, tritium indexes and hands
The case looks unpolished, the seahorse on the caseback is still very visible.
