This Omega Seamaster 600 Ploprof ref. 166.077 was purchased new in the 1970s by its first owner, Jean-Paul Collin.
The watch accompanied him throughout his life as a passionate diver and was worn daily during his dives, as evidenced by a dozen original dive logs that have been preserved.
These logs span several years and total over 1,000 hours of diving. They are enriched with numerous handwritten notes from the era: observations of marine life, night dives, wreck explorations, and even spontaneous remarks.
The various items in the file (dive logs, period photographs, and a certificate of sale from the heiress dated April 10, 2026) help illustrate the watch’s particularly rich history (the photos presented here are just a small sample).
The movement is in excellent working condition and was fully serviced by Omega in 2019.
