Very nice Omega Speedmaster pre-moon ref. 145.022-69. This reference is interesting in the Speedmaster history because it is the last “pre-moon”.
The original “dot next to 90” bezel is in perfect condition which is very rare.
Original “step” dial. Indexes and hands with a very nice cream patina.
The case is in very good condition, the lugs are still thick and sharp.
