Very nice Omega Speedmaster vintage ref. 145.022-69. It is in outstanding condition !
This rare reference is called “Straight Writing” because of the writing “The First Watch Worn On the Moon” horizontally engraved below the Omega logo. This reference is interesting in the Speedmaster history because it is the first model referring to the conquest of the Moon.
Original “dot next to 90” bezel in excellent condition.
Original “step” dial with tritium indexes and hands.
Plexiglas with omega logo.
Original steel bracelet ref. 1039 with 516 endlinks.
The watch comes with its extract of archives mentioning it was produced on February 7, 1974 and delivered to the USA. Furthermore, the extract indicates that the 1039 bracelet is original, which is quite rare.
The movement has been checked and tested.
A reference that is not easy to find in this condition !
