Some Speedmasters produced at the end of the 1980’s had a defect in the plexiglass, which became bluish over time. \u00a0Less than 10 examples are known to exist, usually in private collections. \u00a0This is the second \u201cBlue Hesalite\u201d that I have acquired in the last fifteen years.<\/p>\n

This find is therefore quite exceptional. \u00a0Completely untouched, never restored or polished, the watch has retained all its original parts. \u00a0You’ll note the presence of the famous 1450 bracelet, which notably equipped the rare Speedmaster \u2018Holy Grail\u2019 ref. 376.0822.<\/p>\n
