Omega Speedmaster vintage 145.022-78 beautiful patina fully serviced

The reference 145.022-78 is particular in the Speedmaster history because the maker of the case has never been identified.  His logo inside the caseback remains a real mystery.  Furthermore the design of the case looks slightly different from the other Speedmasters.

“Long S and R” dial with a beautiful cream patina on the tritium indexes and matching hands.

Original “B2” bezel with the writing “TACHYMETRE” in big characters without accent (rarer than later versions with smaller characters).

Original steel bracelet ref. 1171 with 676 endlinks (service 1286/249 clasp).

Original plexiglas with Omega logo.

The movement has been fully serviced by a professional watchmaker specialized in chronographs.
